In our flagship Toronto location, we have created an open and welcoming space that invites reflection, conversation and interaction. Design elements such as Canadian walnut paneling and original lighting communicate our concern for the planet, which is also expressed in Mother Nature, an original artwork by Jinke Wang. Note the artist’s references to the mountains, forests and fields where coffee is grown and to the history and cultures so essential to its production. Low stone counters outfitted with state-of-the-art under-counter machines make it fun and educational to watch our baristas in action as they share their knowledge and passion for coffee.
